Liver abnormalities can be related to many other problems, some of which can be menstrual irregularities. The liver metabolizes gynecologic hormones (among other things), so when the liver is off, so can your periods be. Depending upon what type of liver abnormality you have, the problems may be more or less severe. In addition, I'd like to know about your thyroid function tests, FSH/LH and prolactin level.
