Presuming all of the above levels are normal for your lab (all labs have their own set of normals and units (ng/dl vs. mIU/l) which alter the assessment), the LH is less than 2:1 ratio to FSH and by definition, should not be considered PCO. I'd still investigate the adrenal as a primary source. One additional test might be a 17 hydroxy-progesterone (additional info on the adrenal). Good luck on this.
