<<My question to those of you who have been through this is, how do you cope? How do you get the courage to try again? >>

I'm sorry you have to go through this, and it must be tough when others expect you to have the answers.

The only thing I could do was share with others: through a hospital support group and through private email groups with other infertility patients. After a while, I gained strength and felt that I could give back to the group.

I also have a dear friend who stayed for a week after my second trimester loss. My husband was away and I needed time where I could be allowed not to be a perfect Mom to my then-3.5 year old. Linda came and ran my house, played with my daughter, and sat up and talked and cried with me in the evening. She took away my responsibilities and took care of everything, and it was truly the best gift anyone could have given me then.

Remember to breathe and take time to cry. Eventually you'll know what testing you'll want to pursue.

Best wishes,

Luanne
