Suprecur and Menstruation

I have a question regarding the Gnrh, analogue Suprecur. (Buserelin) About 18 months ago I started suffering from bad constipation around ovulation and menstruation. I had a laparoscopy done as well as an examination of my bowels/intestines using a fibroscope, no endometriosis was found. (Only adenomyosis). The symptoms got steadily worse and I often had to have enemas before ovulation or menustration. I had knife like pains when going to the bathroom at this time. My gynaecologist also did a rectal examination during menustration and didn't find anything. However just before my period started some blood would come out of my rectum, only a little. Due to severe dysmenorrhea I need to take painkillers in laxative form to deal with the pain. Last month I couldn't get the suppositories in because of sharp pain in my rectum. Because I couldn't use my suppositories (Voltaren) I ended up vomiting, fainting and being taken to hospital in an ambulance. Because of this I decided to take Suprecur. I have been taking it for 40 days now and 4 days ago my period came! I thought this wasn't supposed to happen. Not only that I am now passing clots of blood out of my rectum and have really sharp pain when I go to the bathroom. I saw my doctor today and she said I may have a period again next month. I don't understand why. I thought my oestrogen levels were supposed to drop to "castration" level. Could anyone explain why this happens. Sharon
