The doctor who prescribed the Zoloft for me can't find any studies done in humans which are relevant. I plan to stay on 50 mg. during the (anxious) process of becoming pregnant by donor insemination, but to quickly come off the medication once I learn that I have conceived. Altogether, I will probably be taking Zoloft for the first 20-22 days after the date of fertilization. Any opinions on how much and what type of risks this may pose to the embryo? Thanks!
