Zoloft and pregnancy

I am wondering what our best information is about taking Zoloft in the first trimester of pregnancy. The doctor who prescribed the Zoloft for me can't find any studies done in humans which are relevant. I plan to stay on 50 mg. during the (anxious) process of becoming pregnant by donor insemination, but to quickly come off the medication once I learn that I have conceived. Altogether, I will probably be taking Zoloft for the first 20-22 days after the date of fertilization. Any opinions on how much and what type of risks this may pose to the embryo? Thanks!
