I have just found out that I am again pregnant--5 weeks so far. My concern is that I am not experiencing nausea, vomiting, or marked breast tenderness, only minimal fatigue. Is this abnormal? My HCG at a screening visit was 283 last week. I didn't "feel" pregnant last time either and I'm afraid I will miscarry again. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
