I've been given muscle relaxants and told to apply heat which have not been of much help. My doctor told me they are ligament spasms which happens occasionally but I'm not aware of anyone who gets them as severely as I do. I'm wondering if my fibroid tumor could be contributing, is there any advice for me? I'm not as concerned as still uncomfortable after a week of bed rest although the pain is not as severe as the first three days of were.
