Most Class 2 PAPs (We really don't even use that designation any more) will be nothing more than mild irritations. Some are precancerous...thus the biopsy, but even many of those may not need immediate therapy. Find a doctor that's willing to discuss risks, benefits, and alternatives with you. That goes for any medication, test, or procedure. to your good health,
