I have had problems with ovarian cysts for seven years. Different doctors I have seen have told me different things. One told me that it would go away in a couple of years. Another told my to take 3 600mg ibuprofen a day and live with the pain. The last one told me to try birth control pills - which seemed to be the best way to go, but they also told me it might make things worse also. I don't know what to do, the pain gets so bad sometimes that I would like to have it all ripped out!! Could you help me come to a decision, or tell me of other avenues?!? Where I live, the good OB/GYN's aren't available until next year sometime.
