I have recently been diagnosed with having a fibroid tumor that is big and thick as a pool ball. They are stating that there is only two types of surgeries thatI can have. Both of them beening major, by having a bikini cut or under the belly button cut and removing it that way. I am 21 years old and in college and this is a major deal for me. I am writing to find out if anyone knows of any other treatment or surgery(besides laser because it is to thick) that I could have? Also if there is any information anyone has to give about my situation please do! It is sitting in the middle of my uterus and is causing pressure on my bladder, bowels, and has now starting hurting my back. It has also pushed my intestines up causing problems with digesting my food. If you have any answers for me please email me at saset@aol.com. My surgery is set for April the 1st(no joke!!!!!!!).
