Abnormal Menstruation

I will turn 26 in about two weeks. I am relatively healthy, except that I'm a smoker (yes, I know....). Since the first of the year, I have gotten four periods. That's in less than a 2 and 1/2 months. This, I know, is not normal. I usually get my period every 21 days or so, and it lasts about 4 to 6 days. However, some things have been very different lately and I'm concerned. First off, about two weeks ago, when I did not have my period, my breasts were so sore it hurt to walk. I also noticed that there was a tiny discharge of some kind of clear liquid that came from my right nipple. This has never happened to me. The soreness lasted about a week and has since subsided. Secondly, I am currently having my fourth period since Jan. 1, 1997 and it is unusually heavy with some clotting. I also am experiencing constant cramping. Usually I get severe cramps (I take naproxen for them) for the first 2 days and then they subside. However, this time, they are not and I am in constant discomfort and pain. I am scared and think something serious could be wrong. I am sexually active and have been with the same partner for over 6 years. What should I do??? Should I be as concerned as I am? Please advise. Any input or opinion would be greatly appreciated.
