Hi Noelle,

As you state there are conflicting sides to drinking ginger tea while PG so why take a chance? The old soda cracker trick works pretty good. I 'm old fashioned and always followed the better safe then sorry route when I was PG with my four children.

Small portions of bland food till it passes, or finding the time of day that you can digest food the best works well for some people. As I remember, everything was bad in the AM!
