Hi,You had abortion at 20 weeks ,3 weeks ago. Normaly after delivary or abotion ther may be bleeding lasting for 3 to 4 weeks, It may be less in an abortion. As you are getting cramps, one has to rull out any retained products of conception or any blood clots still in uterine cavity.Trans abdominal sonography will detect it soon.Antispsmodic drugs will help to relieve cramps.Incompetent os patients conceive vary fast. be carefull at next pregancy and get os tighting done at 12 weeks of pregnancy. It is a simple operative procedure with gratifying results. My good wished with you.
