Some uterine polyps are very small and sometimes it arrears in the ultrasound image as just endomertial thickness. Some polyps are so small that it is oly microscopic diagnosis, but that small does not cause bleeding after sex. Bleeding after sex is mainly related to the vagina or the cervix (neck of the womb).
