I have a question about birth control and pregnancy.

On July 12 I was distracted by certain events and missed my birthcontrol pill completely. On July 13 I missed it again. When I remembered, the same day (13th), I took both missed pills very late in the evening. This means I had unprotected sex more than once during the time I missed the pills and during the time I may have still been unprotected because I threw myself off track from missing them. I've heard that if you missed just one it can throw you off for up to two weeks and you might ovulate. Now about 12 days later, i've been noticing things like severe fatigue and aches, almost like i'm coming down with the flu or somthing, and just different, off track. I've also been very moody, like i'm about to start my period, but I havn't started yet. I havn't stopped taking my pills, because I don't know if i am pregnant or not. Should I stop taking them until I see a doctor? I don't want to hurt the baby if i am pregnant by taking the pills. I also dont want to risk getting pregnant if i'm not already from not taking them.

Help please???!
