I totally agree with Proof. Galal Lotfi that vaginal hysterectomy even in a non-descent cases is a better option than a laparoscopic hysterectomy.we in india do lot of non descent yaginal hysterectoy with excellant results and no scar on abdoman and minimum hospital stay and least costly.One has to learn non descent vaginal hysterectomy from and expert to master it. I have done it in cases of fibroids uptp 4 months pregnant uterus size.
