MENORRHAGIA: Possible menopause

I am 28 years old and my doctor did some hormone levels to see if I am going through menopause due to hotflashes, vaginal dryness, sharp shooting cervical pain. Intercourse is slightly painful but not as bad as on a regular day. And all of that stuff. My estrogen level is 64 and he says its normal for someone fertile that is my age. But I havent had a period since the birth of my youngest child in 2003 even while not on birth control. I am trying to figure out if there is anything else that could be wrong or if there is anything that can help with the pain and discomfort in my vaginal area.
