I have had pimples on my nipples for about a year. They only appear about 1 week before my period. If I pop it, I get a white puss like substance. ( Looks just like if I had popped a zit). Is this simply hormonal or should I have it checked out. I have no family history of breast issues and no pain other than soar, tender breasts around my period ( same 1 week before). I have had that since I was a teenager. Should I be concerned, should I not pop them?
