Question" No, it is not a sign for cancer. Ovarian cysts of that size, usually do not cause pain unless it is complicated with torsion, infection or inflammation. In these cases it might cause some free fluid in the pelvis which will lead to irritation and pain. Follow up of the size and pain will be required.
