To my mind the fluid is the blood ,collected in the empty space that was there after removal of fibroid. we do suturing to clost -obliterate-this space still some space do remain unclosed. The amount of fluid is decreasing is a good sign. To me there no consideration for malignancy in such cases. Your findings are normal after such surgery Dr.Narayan Patel M.D. D.G.O.
