Hi I'm 32, no kids, married. I have been off the pill for almost 3 years, periods have been regular and ok, painful and slightly heavy but it's always been like that with me. I have been having spotting (mostly brown discharge) mid cycle. Went to the doctors, they did ultrasound which showed a small cyst on my ovary but then was gone on the next ultrasound. also had pap smear and cultures done, all were normal. this month my period has lasted almost 9 days and then it stopped, I thought it was gone but then today I got cramping and small amounts of red blood coming out. I'm on Day 10 of my cycle now..is this normal? I can't think of what could be wrong as I've had the tests done a couple of months ago. I've been really stressed recently....can stress do this? I can't get an appointment with an ob/gyn for 2 months..any help would be appreciated, thanks.
