Hi, It seems you are well establised in menopuse. Endometrial thickness upto 5 mm at your age may be normal. 1 mm here or there has nothing to worry. If you start bleeding again of have irregula bleedinf off and on, you needs investigations Endometrial cancer patients have endometrial thickness more than 12 mm to 16 mm.
