Hi, It is good that your Obgyn.surgeon has done a good job of removing every thing,Uterus, both ovaries and tubes. Since peritonial aspirates fluid shows cancer cells it means disease has spred beyond also. Your oncologist is best person to treat you medically by appropriate chemotheraphy.
