Select a good laproscpic surgeon who can remove fibroid and also remove if there endometrial implants and free your ubes from adhesions.I think then you have infertility specialist treatment at earliest as increse in age reduces fertility. Removal of fibriod and endometriosis will releeve your pain and helps you to conceive.
