Urine pregnancy tests have different accuracy levels, ie cheaper detect later. Also, the test needs to be first morning to be the most accurate. The best ones will detect about 3 or so days before missing a period. Sonograms detect at 5 weeks or 1 week after missing a period...Dr. von Almen
