I have high prolactin levels and was put on medication over a month ago. My periods are very irregular so I am not sure if I should test. Last night I noticed slight spotting after sex, and my nipples have been pretty sore lately, also for about a week I have had dizzy spells. My last period was May 9th and I spotted a whole week prior to that. Can there be a possibility that I am pregnant? Or could it be my prolactin levels? The medicine has been working, because my breast are no longer leaking. I have never been pregnant before, I am looking forward to having a baby. Should I test? Are these even prego symptoms?
