You are gravida 5, para 3 ab 1. The stillbirth counts as a parity. Some document it as thus G5 P3012. This says you were/are pregnant 5 times, 3 potentially viable pregancies, no premature births, 1 abortion/miscarriage/ectopic and 2 remain alive, thus documenting the stillbirth...Dr. von Almen
