Sometimes the body soap can keep making the sore area tender. Something like ivory soap or no fragance soaps are helpful. Same with what you wash clothes with. Have you tried cleaning the area and changing your underwear in the middle of the day if they are moist? Are you using plain white cotton underwear? Sometimes color underwear can be uncomfortable. At home do you go without underwear in the evening? No perfumes or powders in the area helps sometimes. For the rectal problem maybe an oitment for that area will soothe the area.
