Tubal ligation might cause some drawbacks for some women. Ligation of the tubes might cause pelvic congestion that cause some bleeding on regular or irregular basis. Again it might cause some heviness, abdominal and back pains. All you need for that is some pain killers and some medication to relieve congestion. Check it with your Doctor.
