Hi, You had not mentioned your mode of delivery.This type of granulation tissue do occure after a forcps deliverya or at the sight of healing in episiotomy wound. Appliction of silver nitrate helps. It can be applies off and on till it heals. Some times it bleeds on touch but end result is good and you should no worry about it. It can also be cauterised if it does not heals.
