Hi, If you were on oral contraceptives for many months or years you will get menstrual flow .It is a side effect of long term useage of oral contraceptives. You can go to a fertility specialist or can start taking ovulation indusing drugs like clomiphane citrate 50mg.Tablet twice a day for 5 days staring from 4th day of cycle for 5 days uninterupted. and have sex on 12-13-14 days of period when follicles are likely to develop. To be more scientific, you need trans vaginal ovulation study to know exactly the size of follicles which should be more than 20 mm in size. Try this for 3 cycles and if no result go to specialist.
