I do not know how old you are and whether you are looking for pregnancy
or not. Anyway it would be better to start either contraceptive pills
or provera for 21 days then repeat it from day 5 of the period for the
next 2-3 cycles till become regular and then start it from day 19 to 28
of the cycle.
