Amanda, Bleeding that happens after you have been of the pill can be due to an infection,a thickening of your uterine lining (endometrium) or a hormone change.It is recomended that you have a pelvic ultrasound and in some cases, a test called an endometrial biopsy. Also, infection tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia need to be done.You are right to seek an opinion of a provider who listens to you and does a complete evaluation.Please let us know what happens.JoAnn NP
