You may have had your baby by now but if you haven't go see your doctor specially if this is your 1st baby or a baby to a father different from your older children. I am not a doctor but I had those symptoms while pregnant with my eldest. It turned out to be pre eclampsia and I was induced at 36 weeks. The fatigue could be from high blood pressure. I thought for me it was because I was in my last trimester and it was a horribly hot summer. My blood pressure was 200 over 120 at 36 weeks when I went to hospital for a routine check up. I didn't leave again for another 10 days when my baby was 5 days old after been induced.
