Lindsay, please, please, please get another doctor. That she caused you so much pain doesn't show her to be careful and respectful of the body you entrusted to her. The least she should have done was ask you about your pain tolerance and offer a block. Call your primary care physician or the local hospital and get a referral to somebody else. What you've posted shows you no longer trust her, so it's not worth the stress on either side.

In addition, please make sure you get a copy of the lab report. That way, you'll know exactly what you have or don't have. As one patient to another, it's very empowering to be that actively involved in your healthcare.
