Dawn, Solving the puzzle of pelvic pain is not easy. The last thing to do is let some surgeons start whittling away on your body. It would be helpful to know your age and parity. I would first make sure that this pain is not referred form your spine. It may also be referred from your other ovary or else your bladder with interstitial cystitis. A consultation with pain specialist may be appropriate.
