CHRONICPAIN: 6 Months of Pelvic Pain - CT Scan was Negative

I have been having EXTREME pelvic pain on the right side for about 6 months now. This is usually during my period. It started with the pain being at the start of my period, now 6 months later it is on the last day of my period. In late April 2008 I had my right ovary removed with a dermoid cyst on it. My OBGYN thought this pain was a Hernia. So I went to my GP dr. He ordered an ultrasound with an internal ultrasound too. This was negative for the Hernia and showed nothing abnormal. So 2 days later I have a CT Scan with and without contrast. According to a general surgon I saw the CT showed a cyst on my left ovary and was otherwise a negative CT. The results of the CT were also sent to my OBGYN and he wants to do another ultrasound in May to see if the cyst is there or if the CT was actually during ovulation. But now today (day 3 of my period) I am again having extreme pain in the right pelvic area - which has no ovary. I have taken Mobic to see if that would help, but it is not. Tylenol, IBprofin, and percaset do not help either. Also to note I have my appendix, NO gall bladder - but CT showed nothing abnormal with my appendix. This pain is so extreme that it affects my daily activities, sleep, and even walking. Could you please give me some other ideas on what this could be.
