I have health anxiety and had my pap smear yesterday. The doctor threw something in the trash can and it was full so he used his gloved hand to push the rubbish down. Then he did the smear, and after, he did the pelvic, using his gloved finger from the hand that he touched the rubbish with. Now I'm sure I caught something from that, like an STD or infection, especially since after the smear scraping, I was probably sore and therefore susceptible. Help, please!
