You could have a curable, non sexually transmitted, bacterial vaginal infection called Bacterial Vaginosis. It would only show up on a vaginal sample, not a urine test.It does not usually cause pain on your left side. There is an over the counter test to check for this available in several pharmacies.Ask the pharmacist for the vaginal infection test kit.You do not need a prescription. You would still need prescription medication to eliminate this infection.
