I am coming up to my third lap next month to remove both pelvic and an endometrioma in my abdominal wall. During the diagnosis of the abdominal wall endometrioma, I noticed on my CT report that I have moderate amounts of endometrial fluid and bilateral andexal cysts that my doctor didn't tell me about. What it the possibility of the cysts being endometriomas as well and the significance of endometrial fluid in someone of my age? Thanks!
