The first month, there was an actual "start" time when I had moderate pain. I thought I was ovulating, but then I think I actually ovulated several days later. During the time of the cramping, which occurs day and night but not all day and all night, I am bloated and unable to lie on my stomach because of the pain. Right now, the cramping is almost like a pinch and very similar to what I'd feel during ovulation but it lasts much longer than ovulation. I've had a laproscopy in the past for endometriosis. I have a copper IUD, and I gave birth 11 months ago. I almost went to the dr. last month but then it went away. Now it's back, right around the same time, just after my period. Thanks for any help or suggestions on what may be causing it.
