What's next? 2001-normal pap; 2002-ASCUS; 2003-LGSIL/CIN 1, then culpo bx-CIN 1, then cryo; 2003-F/U pap-ASCUS; 2003-hrHPV, repeat pap-LGSIL/CIN 1; 2004-LEEP #1-acute/chronic inflammation, F/U pap-normal; 2005-ASCUS, possible HGSIL; 2006-HGSIL, then culpo-inadequate (T zone not seen), ECC normal, LEEP #2-chronic iflammation & reactive changes, no evid of HPV; 2007-HGSIL, "possible metaplasia, not squamous intraepithelial lesion", LEEP #3-no dysplasia; 2008-HGSIL pap; 2009-culpo and ECC; results pending on ECC. 55yo, postmenopausal, and a little worried. Am reading and getting info but am uncertain of possible outcomes and options. Article on 2006 consensus guidelines for management of women w/abnormal cervical cancer screening tests and women with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia or adenocarcinoma in situ not very helpful.
