I have a firm stomach its my lower stomach and im a bit overweight and i think i may be pregnant i would say a little far along because i think i feel something moving around in my belly like fluttering.. Im really scared to tell my mom but i finally got a ob/gyn appointment wednesday to find out whats wrong.. I have hip pain and back pain and pelvic pain and frequent urination and i have a uti before but it got treated my pediatrician put me on antibiodics. But i would like to know what should i expect i also got a very light positive on a pregnancy test.. And i also am still bleeding if i am pregnant because it happened to my mother while she was pregnant she was bleeding like a period. But I would like to know whats wrong becus my stomach is firm at the bottom but not at the top i wanna know if i may be pregnant or whats wrong with me if you can give me an answer or possible diagnosis i would appreciate it
