Unbreakable You are wise to ask a question ,not overreacting. There is a possibility to get pregnant and still have a period.Although you have been taking the pills for 4 months, there is a lapse of one month without pills with a late heavier period from what I understand.Stopping the pills could be a reason, but if after stopping the pills, unprotected sex occurred ,it is also possible to be pregnant. An over the counter urine test can tell you if you are ten days pregnant or more. If that is negative, you can continue taking the pills .If you have a positive pregnancy test, get health care but discontinue the pills if you are sure the test is positive.JoAnn NP
