Emma,

Many antidepressants can have an adverse affect on sexual response. So, speak with your MD who prescribes your antidepressant. Let him/her know what is going on with you and see if they can either adjust your dose or even change your medication.

Further, don't fake your climax with your partner. Be honest. Let him know what works for you. Chances are, and from what you are saying, he knows that you are not being completely honest with him. It sounds like he is very interested in pleasing you, so give him that opportunity.

Also, if you are seeing a therapist, speak with him/her about what is going on. Let them help you help you and your partner.

This can be fixed...give it a chance!

Good luck, Emma.
