OVARIANCYSTS: change in cystFrom: boogiebear (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 27 Jan 2009 11:30:13 -0600 (CST)
Has anyone ever heard of an ovarian cyst that has gone from having 2 thin septations and some debris to having no septations and no debris after one year. I was just told that I have had the same cyst for one year, the last had septations and debris, I never followed up because I didn't know I had to have another ultrasound. When I went back for an ultrasound because of abd pain they said it was the same cyst, increased in size from 3cm to 6cm and now had virtually no septations and no debris, classifying it as a simple cyst. I have never heard of a cyst going from possibly bad to good, usually they just get worse. Can anyone answer my question
