You have to know that the site of the ovary could cause pain in the normal situations, like some pain of a day or 2 at the time ovulation, some premenstrual pain and pain during menstruation. Also, after pelvic surgery, the left over adhesions could cause a sort of pain as well. All what you need is understanding of your condition an some pain killer if needed.
