However, last week I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and was given Z-pack. Two days into taking the medication I started spotting. This is the 2nd time that anitbiotics and made me spot on Micronor. Is this just a coincidence or is the Z-pack making my Micronor less effective? Also, if it is affecting it, once the medication is stopped will the spotting go away or will I get another period? Any info is appreciated.
