HRT is one of the conditions that you cannot have the same answer from differen physicians. My openion in your condition is: It is OK for 5 years of hormonal treatment or to reach the age of fifty, whichever is closer. After that you can switch to other plant derivatives. After the age of 50 or after 5 years of hormones, we have to keep our eyes on the breast for the breast cancer, or better still, switch to non hormonal treatment
