CHRONICPAIN: Extreme pain after sex.

I am 23 years of age living with my long-term boyfriend. We have a fairly healthy sex life and have never had any problems. Before I met him I was diagnosed with HPV and had abnormal pre-cancer cells biopsied from my cervix. My last pap 6 months ago showed normal cells. Last week I noticed a dull pain on the right side of my abdomen during missionary sex. I didn't think much of it, because sometimes that happens when I ovulate. However, the next time it got a little worst and we stopped. Yesterday we tried again and after about a minute I was in tears. It was beyond any cramps I had ever had, I was doubled over unable to move due to a deep piecing pain in my uterus. No bleeding occurred. After 20 minutes of a heating pad and ibuprofen I was able to function. Was this a cyst or something more? My period is coming soon. I have noticed an increase in dizziness during the day at work but that could be unrelated. I also have taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. I understand I have to see a medical professional but any thoughts since I'm going to have to wait over the holiday weekend?
